min denon receiver x4100w sidder fast i firmware loop “Please wait Update retry”. Selvom jeg har slukket den i 20 minutter hjælper det ikke.
Er lidt desperat. Kan jeg eventuelt komme ind i receiverens menu og lave en factory reset eller lignende?

Factory reset er prøvet - virker tilsyneladende ikke. Vender stadig tilbage til "Please wait Update retry"

Desværre "Ja" og "Initialized" gør den som den skal, for efter 3 minutter at vende tilbage til "Please wait Update retry"

Det lykkes at løse problemet. Løsningen er følgende:
Network reset + Microprocessor reset 1. Turn of the power using on/standby. 2. Simultaneously pres/hold the up/down arrows buttons on the front panel and then press the on/standby button on the frontpanel. 3. Once the display starts flashing at intervals of about 1 second, release the two buttons (hold for at least 4-5 seconds) Tusind tak for hjælpen!
