Primare A30.2, hvilken preamp?

   Jeg er på jagt efter en passiv preamp (fortrækkes) eller aktiv preamp som vil fungere med min primare a30.2
Jeg troede faktisk jeg havde fundet den, og købt en Nobsound Mini Fully-balanced/Single-ended Passive Preamp, men oplevede det, der her beskrives:

Channel imbalances tend to be concentrated at lower volume levels. There are two simple options at address this. First, use the digital volume control in the source, if it has one. Second, add an inline attenuator to force the volume control into a higher and more accurate range.

Jeg søgte derfor efter inline attenuator og finder så dette:

No not a great idea unless you know your I/O impedances are still good, as they will change depending (where you put them) the input or output impedance matching, always for the worse, than what you had without them when using your passive preamp..

The best resistance value for a passive preamp is series/shunt 10kohm.
This value is high enough input impedance to suit 99% of sources (except high impedance >2kohm tube output sources) 
And low enough to suit most poweramps inputs that are 33k or higher.

Min primare a30.2 har en Input impedance på 11kΩ, og som jeg forstår det, så er det ikke et godt match til min forstærker?

To determin "if" you need passive preamp (no gain) or an active preamp (with gain). There was a test that was a very good indicator, and that was the "Revels’ Bolero Test". This cd starts off extremely quite for quite a while and builds slowly.

You do a direct connection between source and poweramp (no preamp) making sure if it has it the source’s volume is up full. 
Switch everything on and press play to start "Revel’s Bolero" just for safety have your finger ready on the source’s stop button if it gets too loud as it get’s into it.

If it get too loud or is way over your normal listening level, then a 10kohm passive preamp will do you fine, like the $49 Schiit Sys. If your poweramp has 33kohm or higher input impedance.

If the sound is not loud enough even over 10mins into "Revels Bolero" then you need a preamp with gain, a Schiit Saga or Freya are great buys also, these can also be passive as well as active

Jeg har helt sikkert brug for en preamp mellem min kilde og min forstærker … Jeg ved bare ikke hvilken :/ Jeg har helt sikkert brug for at kunne kontrollere min volume. 

Hvad vil i anbefale til under 3000kr?

	En skam goldpoint ikke kan købes i eu, men dit link er gemt under de gode 👍🏻 Jeg har bestem at gå en helt anden vej. Min DAC stod for udskiftning, så jeg har besluttet at bide i det søde æble og købt en RME ADI-2 DAC FS

	Lidt ;) Men nu er det jo også en DAC. Og en ret fed en, hvis jeg selv skal sige det. Er ret imponeret over den måde jeg har mulighed for at definere loudness. Og så er der til gengæld rigtig mange features jeg aldrig kommer til at bruge, og som jeg så har betalt alt for meget for 🥶🙃
