Jeg har været i mailkorrespondance med Sony - de har bedt mig at sætte afspiller til fabriksindstilling - det er gjort.
De anbefaler, at jeg evt. også skal foretage en rensning med en renseDVD. Herefter kan en reparation komme på tale via deres servicecenter, som jeg har fået telefonnummeret på.
