What is the differance between an LED TV and LED m

   Acctully we are planning to purchase a LED TV and my budget is 15000 
And i have laptop also so want to know the differance between led tv and monitor.
my first priority is TV i mean i use it as a TV less as a monitor.

	A TV has a tuner and speakers. A monitor does not have a tuner, but may include speakers. So to use a monitor as a TV, you would need to use some kind of external tuner.
