Unifi USG mister forbindelse :(

Jeg er løbet ind i problemer med en nyindkøbt Unifi USG og fiber fra Ewii og deres NEW ONT Fiberboks. Min USG mister forbindelsen konstant og efter kort tid og jeg er nød til at trække strømmen, vente lidt og boote den på ny. Lampen bliver blå og kort tid efter slukker lampen og jeg mister igen forbindelsen. Mangler jeg at tilføje nogle indstillinger eller hvad pokker sker der. Det er et helt nyt setup.

måske et forsøg værd at resette enheden;

1. Using a paper clip, or another similar object, press and hold the reset button found on the ports' side of the device, until the orange LED above the VoIP/WAN2/LAN2 port begins to flash quickly.

2. Once the LED glows solidly, release the reset button.

3. Wait 60+ seconds for the default configuration to be restored. Do not unplug the device during the reset process.

Er der router funktion i din Fiberboks? Hvis ja, prøv eventuelt at slå DHCP heri fra og lade USG´en stå for levering af IP adresser.
