Hvis du kan finde et ordrenummer burde det være nok. El giganten plejer at være yderst rimelige i sager om reklamation. Se at få den indleveret.

Jeg havde også det problem, og da fandt de fakturaen til mig. Det er nemt, når købet er registreret på din bruger.
