Jeg har tilsluttet en WD Elements 107C til TV'ets One Connect Mini USB-port. Ydelsestest OK. Optagelse starter OK. Når jeg afslutter optagelsen og vil afspille det optagne får jeg : "kan ikke afspilles".
Det samme sker ved planlagte optagelser.
Jeg har prøvet en Samsung M3 USB HDD (som virkede fint på mit UE46F8005), det virker heller ikke.
Nogen forslag?

Hmm. Er der ikke en anden tilslutning, f.eks en der er mærket med HDD.? Prøv den.

Hvad så med de andre USB, har du prøvet om det kører med en af dem.? Som der står om tilslutninger, så skulle der udover One Connect, være 3 øvrige USB på det.

Kan der afspilles fra en USB enhed, f.eks noget MP4, JPEG eller andet.??

Har du en USB Stick der kan bruges på det.? Prøv så med den. Fejler det, så må Samsung Support kunne sige hvilken enhed de anbefaler til brug på TVet.

Jeg har allerede forberedt et kald til Samsung Support i morgen, de skriver i tv-E-manual, at USB sticks ikke er understøttet.
Så jeg takker for forsøgene, det er rart at vide, at nogen gerne vil hjælpe.

Har du formateret harddisken i TV'et som der kræves og er optagelserne vist med billedikoner i oversigten?
